Refund Policy

At bespokepatches.com we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidered patches tailored to your specifications. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. However, due to the customized nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy to clarify the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the digital mockup is approved by the customer. Approval of the digital mockup signals the go-ahead for production, and no refund will be issued once production is in process.

2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a refund. After this 24-hour window, the order is considered confirmed, and no refund will be provided as production planning will have already started.

3. Digital Mockup Edits

Customers can request unlimited edits to the digital mockup for paid orders. Once the digital mockup is approved, no further changes can be made, and no refund will be available.

4. Delivery and Video Proof

To maintain transparency and quality, we provide a video/Picture proof of the finished product before shipping. This allows you to review the final product and ensure it meets your expectations. Only after you approve the video proof will the product be shipped to you. As such, no refunds can be issued once the parcel is in your hands, as delivery only occurs after your approval of the video proof.

5. Defects or Wrong Orders

In the event of a defect or wrong order, customers may contact our support team to discuss the possibility of a refund or remaking of the product. Please note that we do not offer a 100% refund in any case. The refund percentage will be determined after a Quality Assurance (QA) review.

6. Rush Orders and Shipping Delays

Custom products require careful attention to detail, and while we do our best to meet your deadlines, we cannot control delays caused by shipment companies, especially for rush orders. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control, including shipping company delays. We recommend placing orders with ample lead time to avoid such issues.

7. Change of Mind

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the order has been confirmed or the digital mockup has been approved. As our products are custom-made, we cannot accommodate refunds for orders where the design or product specifications have already been agreed upon.

8. Taxes and Additional Fees

We are not responsible for any taxes or additional fees imposed by your state or country. Any such charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
